What’s in a name?

Created for those good, honest souls who want to tread lightly on the earth, but don’t want to compromise on quality, Barnet Studio was born from a desire to offer exceptional, salon-quality products that can be used at home. Australian-made, using certified-organic ingredients, and free from animal-testing, the Barnet studio range is premium, ethical and made with a whole lot of heart.

Barnet Fair – often shortened to Barnet – is cockney rhyming slang for hair. Barnet Studio creator Donna Kearvall Odell, an award-winning hairdresser with nearly 30 years’ experience, spent many memorable years working at a salon in London’s west end, where Barnet was in common usage. Pure and simple, these are the Brass Tacks if you can Adam and Eve it.
